Check-in time:
Rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out time:
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Check-in requirements:
Upon arrival, guests are required to provide their personal documents (passport or identity card) for identification and data collection. Our guests can occupy their rooms only after check-in.
Parking:
Parking is available in a fenced car park. We provide 1 parking space for each room. The parking space is assigned according to the room number.
Pet:
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking:
The rooms are non-smoking! NON-SMOKING BUILDING! Smoking is possible in designated areas.
Cleaning, bedclothes change:
Our guests have the opportunity to request room cleaning and bedclothes change.
The request will be fulfilled after prior consultation.
Use of equipment:
Furnishings may only be used for their intended purpose. The user of the object is responsible for damages and possible accidents resulting from improper use.
Please do not remove and take away the objects and pictures for decoration and information purposes!
Please fully comply with fire and accident prevention regulations at the property!
Responsibility:
The operator is not responsible for the guests' property. The operator is not responsible for any disagreements or conflicts between guests, but in accordance with legal regulations, takes the necessary measures to maintain order and ensure the safety of guests throughout the accommodation.
The operator and his employees are not responsible for the values left in the accommodation.
We ask our guests to close their doors and windows when they leave their room.
We are not responsible for the values left in the car in the private parking lot of the accommodation.
Acceptance and adherence to house order: All our guests will get acquainted with the Policies of the accomodation Rooms on the beach at the time of check-in, and by signing they will accept and agree to abide by it!
